FAQ

Our online course is not offered based on the number of months but rather the number of exam cycle. Generally, subscriber is offered THREE* consecutive exam cycle. For example, if you sign up in Sept you can continue to use till June exam.

This does not apply to subscribers who sign-up with discount or under sponsorship.

Sorry we don’t offer trial classes, but you can refer to our demo video for the respective tutors before signing up.

No, you are not allowed any refund, deferment or changing of paper once books has been despatched or your online course has been activated and you have login at least once. As our online course is flexible and we allow three consecutive exam cycle, no deferment is allowed. 

However, subscriber who needed an extension can contact us for discount on their extension of previous subscription.

You must have a Broadband Internet connection providing bandwidth and connection speeds capable of streaming video. All the videos are only available on streaming basis and cannot/shall not be downloaded in any form.

Rest assured that our videos are all hosted on international video hosting platform thus no lag even during peak hours (when nearing exam). 

Kindly ensure that you enable all cookies on your internet browser to enjoy uninteruppted video experience.

You must have access to a PC, Laptop or smart device with a suitable commonly used browser and the capability to view PDF documents. Compatible browsers include supported versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

No need to download any app as our website is mobile responsive.

Majority of Paper has a live virtual class (do refer to our timetable for the live classes).

Our live classes is mostly conducted on Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meetings, or Google Meet.

All live classes are recorded & uploaded to the website to be viewed back 24/7. 

We usually upload the live classes 1-3 days after the live class.

Our online course is on-demand basis, meaning you can sign-up for our course anytime.

Once sign-up all the videos are there for you to view so that you can study at your own pace. 

If the course comes with live classes, previously missed classes are recorded and can be viewed back.

We do have whatsapp group for each cohort, so any questions can be posted there. Alternatively you can private message your individual tutors. 

Questions to be answered within 1 to 3 days time.

Your subsciption is only for SINGLE user thus you CANNOT share/transfer your login to another student.
