Generally there are two types of fees, first is payable to ACCA such as Initial Registration fees, Student annual fees, Exam and exemption fees. You can check the details here. 

Second is the tuition fee which is payable to SPENCER ONLINE based on the number of papers taken. 

Basically ACCA runs four exams in a year on March, June, September & December. You can check the detailed dates here.
